Málaga CF will in the 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons – with a third negotiable – have the Marathonbet brand on their official match and training shirts. There will also be a notable Marathonbet presence within La Rosaleda stadium.
Thanks to this agreement, Málaga CF has managed to position itself at a privileged sponsorship level within La Liga and has parallel reference points with important UK clubs such as Manchester United and Scotland’s Hibernian.
It’s another step forward in the club’s stability and growth project, about which the president, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Nasser Al Thani, affirmed: “Málaga Club de Fútbol is an institution with great vision and dedication to strike deals with globally recognised and prestigious brands which can meet the demands of our fans in terms of quality, safety and service.”
For his part, Viktor Hoffman, Marathonbet’s director general, expressed that “we’re delighted to become part of one of Spain’s most prestigious clubs.”
