The team underwent the relevant physical and medical tests this morning at the Ciudad de Málaga Athletics Stadium. An open training session is taking place tomorrow afternoon.
A month and a half after the season ended, Málaga CF is back to work. The coaching team divided the squad into two groups to undergo the relevant physical and medical tests at the Ciudad de Málaga Athletics Stadium, the usual training ground for the Málaga team.
All the first team players, minus Ochoa and Rosales (who are still on holiday after taking part in the Copa America) and Kameni (with the Club’s permission) kicked off the pre-season under the orders of Juande Ramos. The six signings: Keko, Jony, Michael Santos, Bakary Koné, Kuzmanovic and Sandro, got to know their new teammates.
As well as the first team players, up to nine reserve team members also started the pre-season (En-Nesyri, Ontiveros, Kuki Salazar, Deco, Luis Muñoz, Aarón, Samu Casado, Alberto López and Rafa de Vicente).
This afternoon the team will return to work from 19:00, this time on the pitch at the Ciudad de Málaga, to solely focus on physical work. A double session is scheduled for tomorrow morning and afternoon. The afternoon session, kicking off at 18:30, will be open to fans.
